Making a purchase on our website couldn't be any
easier. Simply browse through our online store and click
on any of items that you wish to purchase and add them
to your shopping cart. After you have finished your
selection, click on "Checkout" button and you will be
asked for a few details that we need to be able to
complete your order.
When paying for your goods we accept the following
payment by Visa, MasterCard Switch, Solo, Delta and
Maestro using PayPal, Google Checkout and other service
shown.
We also accept cash and postal orders sent by post but
strongly recommend you use a Recorded Delivery Service.
We accept payments by cheque but goods will only be
dispatched once cheques are cleared, no orders will be
dispatched until cleared funds has been submitted.
At this time we do not accept telephone orders, if you
want to make and order you must purchase items through
our website or by post.
Note: On some occasions when we take your order for an
item, but can run out of stock prior to your order being
dispatched, if this is so we will backorder for you or
we may issue a partial refund to the paying account. We
will endeavour to email you with the option to cancel
your order if you would rather not wait.

for in full.
All
items are sent next working free of charge. Our
free shipping service is to the UK mainland only.
We currently use Royal Mail to dispatch all our orders.
Royal Mail offer a fast and convenient delivery service
through out the UK.
Your order will normally be dispatched the same day
if we receive it before 3.30pm UK time Monday to Friday
with the exception of public holidays. Otherwise item
will be dispatched the following day.

We offer all our
customers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all our
products.
In the unlikely event
that you have to return any products to us you should
take note of the following.
We will only accept
returns with a valid RMA No = 'Return Merchandise
Authorisation', that is clearly displayed on the outer
packaging.
If you have a return please contact us at
support@blitzin-group.co.uk to request an RMA number
before returning any goods. Any returned packages that
do not clearly display a valid RMA number will be
refused, as will packages received over 10 days from RMA
issue date.
Please return goods using either standard parcels
service or preferably delivery service with tracking and
insurance cover, we are only responsible for the goods
after we receive them. Please ensure you obtain a
certificate of posting (this is free of charge) which
will serve as your proof of posting should royal mail
mislay your parcel, We will refund reasonable return
postage costs on FAULTY items that are returned to us
within 30 days or purchase. NOTE: We will not refund any
return postage costs for any items shipped outside the
UK.
We recommend that you
use a recorded-delivery service. Note that you will be
responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us
unless we delivered the item to you in error. You should
be aware that once we begin the delivery process, you
will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us
for services carried out by us (for example, postage and
packing). When we receive the goods with the notice of
your cancellation of this order, we will refund the
relevant part of the purchase price for that item.
Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your
contract, any relevant sum debited to us from your
credit card will be re-credited to your account as soon
as possible and in any event within 30 days of your
order. If you do not return the goods delivered to you
or do not pay the costs of delivery, we shall be
entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the
goods from the amount to be re-credited to you.
This contract between us shall be governed by and
interpreted in accordance with English law and the
English courts shall have jurisdiction to resolve any
disputes between us.
Under the EC Distance
Selling Directive, you have the right to cancel the
contract for your purchase within 7 working days of
delivery. You do not need to give us any reason for
cancelling your contract, nor will you have to pay any
penalty. You cannot cancel your contract if the goods
you have ordered are audio or video recording or
computer software, and you have taken these items out of
the sealed packages in which they were delivered to you.
To cancel a contract,
please inform us in writing preferably via email to
support@blitzin-group.co.uk
or post (to address below)
within seven working days following delivery. Package
the items securely and send them to us with your order
number written clearly on the outside and inside the
package.
