HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO REPAIR MY DEVICE?
Each repair varies in time, but on average most faults are fixed the same day within 1 hour.
IS THERE ANY WARRANTY ON YOUR REPAIRS?
Yes! 28 Days Limited Warranty, should your replacement part develop a non-customer fault we will replace free of charge. (Not including drops, falls, water damage we cannot replace for these specifics).
I DON’T KNOW WHAT’S WRONG WITH MY DEVICE, CAN YOU HELP?
Yes of course, we offer a free 10 minute diagnostic service, simply arrange to bring the device to us and we will diagnose the fault.
Should your device need further diagnostic we charge £10.00 to find the fault.
WHEN DO I PAY FOR THE REPAIR?
You pay on collection of your fixed device.
WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept cash and PayPal as payment.
WILL I LOSE ANY DATA ON MY DEVICE?
For normal Screens and Battery repairs no data will be lost on your device.
For Software, Board and Liquid Damage we cannot guarantee your data will be saved.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY DEVICE IS WATER DAMAGED?
Immediately turn off your device and remove the battery if possible.
Do not turn on your device or plug into a charger, this will cause more problems and can permanently damage your device.
Arrange to bring the device to us so we can remove the water and clean the logic board. The sooner we can do this the more chance of survival.
IPHONE IS SHOWING DISABLED CONNECT TO ITUNES?
Your device will need to be factory reset using a computer, all data will be lost that is currently on the device.
Hopefully you have a back-up through iCloud and can retrieve some / all of your data.
You will need your iTunes/iCloud account email and password that was originally on the device before you can activate it after a reset.
