REPAIR CONSENT

🔧 REPAIR WORK AUTHORIZATION

📋 Definitions:

"We" or "us" refers to [BlitzinGroup]

"I" or "my" refers to the user or customer.

🛠️I authorize BlitzinGroup's technician(s) to perform repair work on my electronic device.

🤓 I understand that BlitzinGroup employees have extensive experience in repairing electronic devices but are not authorized or endorsed by Apple, Microsoft, Nintendo, Sony, or any other trademark.

📜 Further, I agree to release, indemnify, and hold BlitzinGroup from liability for any claims or damages that may arise from the repair or work performed on my electronic device, unless it is caused by severe negligence of BlitzinGroup or its agent.

💾 I understand that BlitzinGroup is not responsible for any data loss that may occur as a result of the repair work. I also understand that I have the option to, and I am responsible for backing up the device before allowing any repair to be performed on my device in the event of any data loss and hardware or software failure.

🔐 I understand that BlitzinGroup will not browse through any personal, private, or confidential information or data; however, technicians may inadvertently see data during the course of their work. I understand that any confidential data should be removed from the device prior to having repair work performed on the device.

🔑 The password or pattern code must be available or deactivated upon repair, this is so we can test the device properly before shipping it back to you.

⚠️ I understand that repairs or technical support performed by BlitzinGroup may void manufacturer warranties.

💼 BlitzinGroup and its affiliates do not assume any liability or warranty in the event that the manufacturer warranties are voided. However, they may, at their sole discretion, offer their own warranty on the parts and/or services performed.

📅 We offer a 30-day warranty on all repairs carried out.

⏳ Any device left at our facility for more than 60 days without contact and our consent will automatically be forfeited and become our own property.

⚠️ NOTE FOR APPLE REPAIRS: Specific iPhone repairs regarding LCD/Digitizer/Battery replacement may cause some devices to become Laggy/Slowdown. Repairs may also display a non-genuine warning message on newer models (i.e., X, XR, XS, 12, 13 onwards). This is caused by the iOS firmware. Please make sure you are running the latest firmware available. Also, the Fingerprint Sensor/Home Button, if replaced, will lose all ID Fingerprint function. This is also true with all Face ID replacements.

♻️ Recycling Services:

We offer recycling services for iPhones and video game consoles. By submitting a Device, you confirm that you own it or have proper authorization

💰 Device Evaluation and Payment:

The value of the Device will be determined by our evaluation process. We may adjust the value if the Device doesn't meet the condition stated. Payment options: cash, bank transfer, store credit, or donation to charity.

🔒 Data Security:

You must remove all personal data from the Device before recycling .We make efforts to delete data, but we can't guarantee complete erasure.

🚚 Shipping and Packaging:

You are responsible for securely packaging the Device. We are not liable for any damage or loss during shipping.

❗️ Warranty and Liability:

We provide no warranties or guarantees for any purchased from our website. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our services.

CUSTOM PC BUILD CONSENT

Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with BlitzinGroup, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms apply to all custom PC building services provided by BlitzinGroup.

Order Process

📋 Quotation: All custom PC builds are subject to a detailed quotation provided by BlitzinGroup. The quotation includes the cost of components, labor, and any additional services agreed upon.

💳 Payment: A deposit of 35% is required to initiate the custom PC building process. The remaining balance is due upon completion and before the release of the finished product.

Components and Warranty

⚙️ Component Selection: BlitzinGroup will select components based on the specifications provided by the customer. Any specific preferences must be communicated in writing during the ordering process.

🔄 Component Availability: In the event that a specific component becomes unavailable, BlitzinGroup reserves the right to substitute it with an equivalent or better alternative, with prior notification to the customer.

🔧 Warranty: BlitzinGroup provides a 18 Months warranty on all components used in the custom PC build. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, excluding damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

Build Tiers

BlitzinGroup offers three tiers of custom PC builds: Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced.

🌟 Beginner Tier: The Beginner Tier is designed for users new to PC gaming or computing, providing a cost-effective solution without compromising performance.

⚡ Intermediate Tier: The Intermediate Tier offers a balance between performance and affordability, suitable for users seeking a more robust system with additional features.

🚀 Advanced Tier: The Advanced Tier is designed for enthusiasts and professionals, offering top-of-the-line components and advanced customization options for high-performance computing needs.

Complete Build and Collection

📦 Timeframe: The estimated completion time for custom PC builds is 14 days subject to component availability and any unforeseen circumstances.

🚢 Collection:Customers are responsiable for collection of completed build, we will contact you prior to arrange at your convenience.

Returns and Refunds

↩️ Returns: Custom PC builds are non-refundable once the building process has commenced. Returns for defective components are subject to the terms of the component manufacturer's warranty.

💸 Refunds: Refunds will only be considered in cases where BlitzinGroup is unable to fulfill the order due to unforeseen circumstances. Refund amounts will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Privacy and Data Security

🔒 Customer Information: BlitzinGroup respects the privacy of customer information and will not share or sell any personal data to third parties.

🛡️ Data Security: BlitzinGroup takes measures to protect customer data, but is not liable for any loss or breach of data caused by external factors.

AUnlocking Network

UNLOCKING CONSENT

🔒 Before purchasing an unlock request, please take note of the following specifics:

💡Your Phone is locked to the correct network you purchased i.e, EE, Vodafone, O2,
💡Your IMEI is clean, not blocked or blacklisted.
💡You agree to the time-frame / terms and conditions listed below.

When placing your order, please provide us your Phone Model, Current Network & 15-17 digit IMEI.

Your iPhone's 15-17 Digit IMEI number can be found either:

On the Phone that you want unlocking, dial the number *#06#.
Or go into your Settings / General / About / near the bottom will be your IMEI number.

⚠️It is very important you provide us this number very accurately; any mistakes cannot be refunded.

🕒 UNLOCKING TIME-FRAME:

The unlocking process can vary between 2-35 working days; in the rare occasion, this can take longer if servers are undergoing maintenance.

As soon as we receive your Phone details and full payment, we will start the unlocking process and email you the specifics for your unlocking.

🕵️‍♂️ Once we have the confirmation from the servers that your Phone is unlocked, we will email you details to complete the unlocking.

📜 TERMS OF AGREEMENT:

Once the order has been placed, it cannot be canceled.
Refunds will NOT be issued if your device is already unlocked, wrong IMEI, wrong network, lost / stolen, blacklisted, or if you do not meet the requirements above.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in United Kindgdom.

By placing an order with BlitzinGroup, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
